With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, Stevie has dedicated her career to helping individuals and couples overcome challenges such as addiction, betrayal, and relational disconnection.

Stevie has studied empathy and its complexities extensively, combining clinical experience with cognitive psychology research. She has one published study on empathy with another one currently open for participation, aiming to deepen our understanding of empathy’s practical applications in relationships.

In addition to her research, Stevie conducts empathy assessments and facilitates transformative intensives, equipping clients with actionable strategies to enhance their empathy and rebuild meaningful relationships. Stevie has also shared her expertise widely, training numerous professionals on the science and application of empathy in clinical and professional settings.
